HARASSMENT AWARENESS WORKSHOP:
Understanding and Preventing Workplace Harassment
In addition to the legal costs of defending yourself against charges of sexual and other types of harassment, workplace harassment can cause low morale, low productivity and increase employee turnover. This workshop is for all employees and provides an explanation and examples of illegal workplace harassment. Further, the program provides guidance to employees and managers in preventing harassment or addressing potentially harassing situations.
BALANCING YOUR EMPLOYEE'S RIGHTS WITH YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS:
An Introduction to the Family Medical Leave Act
Organizations with 50 or more employees are required to provide up to 12 weeks of family or medical leave for their employees. Employers are responsible for ensuring that employees understand their rights under the act but are often challenged with managing their business needs. This workshop educates managers and supervisors on the Act and helps to improve your administrative process to avoid abuse of this leave.

How to Conduct a Behavioral Interview
This workshop can help supervisors and managers improve their interviewing skills by learning the basics of behavioral interviewing. Research has shown that behavioral interviewing techniques yield the best results in the selection process. By understanding how applicants have responded in previous situations, an employer can assess how they are likely to perform under similar conditions. This workshop will help interviewers prepare, conduct and evaluate employment interviews.

How to Make the Most of Your Online Training Options
Online training is growing in popularity, bringing with it the promise of lower distribution costs for just-in-time training at anytime to any location. However, many online training initiatives fail due to high trainee drop-out rates or poor learning outcomes. This session will inform attendees of the latest trends in online training and provide guidance in creating an environment where an online training initiative will succeed.
